Ce-les-tin is a small, family-run business based in Tanilba Bay, NSW. We currently ship orders Australia-wide (no international shipping at this time). Each item is handmade with care, so please allow a short processing time before dispatch. We typically prepare and send out your order within 1-3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.
Delivery Times
We use reliable standard shipping services (such as Australia Post) to deliver your items safely. Estimated delivery times within Australia:
• Standard Shipping: Approximately 3-5 business days within NSW (same state) and 4-7 business days to other states . Remote or regional areas may take a few days extra.
• Express Shipping: If you need your items faster, we offer an express option at checkout. Express parcels usually arrive in 1-2 business days within NSW and 1-3 business days interstate .
Please note: These timeframes are estimates and can vary due to factors like postal delays, public holidays, or unforeseen events. We will do our best to inform you if we become aware of any significant delays.

We strive to keep shipping affordable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounts – keep an eye on our website or subscribe to our newsletter for updates. We primarily ship via Australia Post, ensuring every package is traceable and delivered to your door. All orders include tracking (we’ll email you the tracking link once shipped), and high-value orders may require a signature on delivery for added security.
We take pride in our sustainable approach. Your Ce-les-tin items will be packed in eco-friendly materials whenever possible. We use recyclable or compostable packaging and avoid excess plastic, aligning with our commitment to sustainability and motherly care for the environment.
Problems or Questions
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or if you encounter any issues with delivery (e.g. tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it), please reach out to us. We’re here to help liaise with the courier and make sure you get your package. In the rare event a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with you to resolve it – this may include sending a replacement or filing a claim with the postal service.
